Please list any restrictions you may have. i.e. Medical, lifting, throwing birds, standing for long periods of time, etc.
If you plan to run your dogs in any of the tests, please specify how many dogs and in what stakes. We will provide time for you to air, prepare, and run your dog(s) around your volunteer schedule.
